I can confirm that the Energen testing protocol is reliable to achieve consistent outcomes.
I was in attendance at the Blackwater site for 5 days (31 Aug to 4th Sep) to oversee the results from the generator test prior to treatment and after. The non treated fuel was burning at 10.42 Litres Per Hour (day 1) the post treated results on day 4 the treated fuel was burning at 6.34 Litres Per Hour a 38.8% Fuel Burn Reduction.
